Mapping Our Time: An Archive 'en Plein Air': Some Scattered Reflections
Flatten the mountain is a collaborative artistic venture between Zoë Anspach and Eira Szadurski. Creating work since 2005 their practice has involved film, performance, and text based pieces which investigate the use of found imagery and language. This investigative process triggers a series of spontaneous reactions fueled by the dialogue between the two artists. Interested in interplay between humour and contemporary commentary in conjunction with the everyday situation or object their ideas abound with relevance and a refreshingly playful tomfoolery.
